MAILING INFORMATION
Items will be mailed within a week after payment is verified unless notified.
You'd receive a notification email once your order has been mailed.

All packages are mailed via Singapore Post Office via Standard/Registered Postage.
Normal postage takes 2 – 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to deliver.
Chic Marché will not be liable of lost mails via normal postage.
We strongly advise to opt for Registered postage!
We will not be able to provide proof of delivery and tracking features for normal postage.
You may request for the proof of delivery if you opt for registered postage.
Standard Postage S$1.50 – 1 item, $0.50 additional for every additional
item.
Registered Postage SGD$3.50, $0.50 additional for every additional item.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Discrepancy of measurements between 0.5 -
1" in our given measurements shall not be considered a defect.
Defects, if any, are to be made aware of within 3 days upon receiving.
Please provide us with snapshot regarding the defects if there is any.
Do note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of the item.
Items must be in unwashed condition and original packaging must not be damaged to be eligible for exchange.
We are not responsible for a wrong order (size/colour/item) made by customers.
